A major, multi-location restaurant experienced a theft and burglary incident at their flagship location. Media outlets immediately arrived on scene, wanting comments and answers about the situation.

 The Work

We provided the restaurant staff with media support including creating messaging to deescalate the situation portrayed by the media, issued press releases on behalf of the client, and implemented ongoing digital support to ensure all customer responses were heard and cared for in a timely manner. 

The Results

The restaurant was able to reopen within six hours of the incident, while ensuring their customers and staffs’ safety and happiness were at the forefront of all decisions made throughout the process.
